Weekly Photo Fun #12

This week my subject was on the simple side: I focused on my coffee table centerpiece. For those of you ho are new to DSLR photography, I highly recommend this tutorial. I used it tonight and learned a lot about my camera. I have to say, the pictures I took on manual are so much better than the automatic settings, especially since I figured out how to change the ISO. Oh and I also figured out what the heck ISO even is. That was equally helpful. Onwards to the photos!!

Like I said, rather simple in terms of subject matter. But in keeping with my outfit of the day post earlier, simple is sometimes just plain better. Simple's also best when you're learning how to use something new.
