There's something that I've wondered about for months.

Is it okay to blog about weight loss?

Okay probably isn't the right word. But it's the one I'm using.


I've heard from friends & family that blogging about losing weight and the struggles involved in the process is not appropriate.

I've heard that it is. I've read that it could actually be beneficial to your weight loss journey.

So how do y'all feel?

Personally I like reading about other people's weight loss journeys. It's inspiring even if I'm not trying to lose weight.

Don't worry there won't be any changes to this blog (i.e. I'm not going to start blogging about weight loss based on the results). I'm just curious.
